The story so far.
Roger Hayes has refused to pay his council tax... until the council provide a contract so that he can hold them to account (democracy) and justify the massive amount of money they are spending (wasting). Council's response has been 'Pay up or else' - Roger chose the 'or else' option - the council obliged by trying to bankrupt him... Roger had the evidence on his side (justification for non-payment)... so the council employed the services of a corrupt judge Michael Peake. (This was the Judge arrested in the 7th March in Birkenhead - orchestrated by The British Constitution Group and many other groups/friends).
The bankruptcy was pushed through on a day when Roger could not attend. (cowards) The official receiver wrote to Roger telling him that he had been made bankrupt... and to fill in various documents. Roger wrote back saying he wasn't bankrupt... and that it was the legal fiction that had been made bankrupt and not his responsibility and NO he would not be filling in their documents. The Official receiver then told Roger... fill in the documents 'OR ELSE'... Being a true believer in consistency... Roger chose the 'OR ELSE' option. The court case on the 28th was an application for the court to ORDER Roger to complete their forms or be done for CONTEMPT OF COURT... i.e. prison.
10 mins before the court hearing at 10 am... the Official receiver approached Roger and asked... " Before we go in....?" - Roger anticipating the question and before they could finish... answered "NO" (they then confirmed they were going to ask if Roger would complete their docs).
Roger had also written to the court and the official receiver to advise that he would not consent to the hearing... but would attend to assist.
They then advised Roger that because he was so passionate in his beliefs... (meaning they knew he was right) and they BACKED DOWN. They asked the court for an indefinite adjournment (that must be a first)... which avoids them having to admit they have NO AUTHORITY over Roger Hayes THE MAN. Roger thus did not fill in their forms and remains a free man.
Conclusion.
1). The court avoided having to deal with the legal fiction issue (Whew for the court). 2). Roger controlled the outcome by withholding consent. 3). The Official receiver has confirmed that they have no authority... and finally 4). Roger does not have to pay his council tax because the council have no way of forcing him through the courts.
This is a victory and should be hailed as one. BUT... do not try this unless you are 1) PREPARED and 2) aware of all the implications.

On March 11th 2011 at Birkenhead England UK a mass of 400+ people gathered to support Roger Hayes at his bankruptcy hearing. Roger was set to arrest the presiding judge who was acting against the countrys COMMON LAW which is the Constitutional Law of England. He did make an arrest witnessed by a court room full of supporters who took over the court. The police however let the judge free, thus committing miscreance making them guilty of aiding in a crime. Protestors storm Birkenhead county court and attempt to arrest judge Mar 7 2011 by Liam Murphy CHAOTIC scenes broke out at Birkenhead county court today after demonstrators attempted to arrest a judge and then took over a court. They were at court for a case brought by Wirral Council against Roger Hayes for non payment of council tax. Mr Hayes questioned the legitimacy of the court and then attempted to arrest district judge Michael Peake. The judge was quickly ushered out of court room one and then demonstrators took it over - one even taking the judge's seat. Police reinforcements arrived and an hour-long stand off occurred. Hamilton, Market and Hinderton Streets were closed off, and police formed a cordon outside the court while hundreds of protectors gathered outside.

Protestors have "civilly arrested" a judge at Birkenhead county court. A crowd of several hundred people has massed around the court. Police have begun forcibly ejecting protestors from the court in chaotic scenes. Made up of people from across the UK, the marchers say they are exerting their "ancient right to lawful Rebellion under Magna Carta." Around 20 police vehicles are now in attendance and several dozen officers are at the scene, some with dogs. The crowd, although largely peaceful, is chanting "freedom" and "arrest that judge." Some have sat down in the road blocking in a police van and are refusing to let it pass. The area around the county court at Hamilton Street and Market Street is now closed to vehicles by police cordon. The protestors are handing out leaflets from the "British Constitution Group." The demonstration was apparently sparked when one of the prominent voices in the BCG, Wirral man Roger Hayes, faced a bankruptcy hearing for non-payment of his council tax. The BCG's main aim is a rallying call for "lawful rebellion." In 1997, Mr Hayes stood for election in Wallasey representing the Referendum Party against sitting MP Angela Eagle. He polled 1,490 votes and finished fourth. The Referendum Party was a single-issue party that emerged in the 90s calling for a vote on the UK's relationship with the European Union. One of the protestors who had travelled up for the demonstration from Coventry said: "The purpose of today is to generally to get a feel of how unsatisfied people are with the governing of the country. "I wouldn’t say I was angry, just dissatisfied. I believe that the power is distributed unfairly at this point in time. “I believe that the people who are in control are morally defunct. "I don't think they are serving the interests of those they are supposed to be serving." The BCG website says: "We, the British People have a right to govern ourselves.
